Hola SalsaHolics! Sunset Salsa Sail? Sound to good to pass up, right? We worked together with the Chamonix II to get this event together and we are excited it’s happening-AGAIN. We had a great time last year- be sure to check out the pictures. The boat sails at 7:30 with dinner included, free soda, juice and bottled water.
It’s BYOB, so bring whatever you like to drink and some to share. We have a machine for frozen margaritas and pina coladas, so feel free to bring some rum and tequila. We will be playing salsa, merengue and bachata on the sail. Bring your iPod if you have a couple favorite songs!
You can dance on deck in the open air or inside the cabin. We will be cruising around Lake Lewisville, dancing into the night! They have bean bags to lounge on while you watch the sun set. These sails are usually $59, but we got a great rate of $49 for the whole event- dinner included.
This event is limited to 60 people so we have room to dance, so buy your tickets early! We’ll send the invitation to 5 other Meetup groups, and open ticket sales to the general public on July 1st. Hope to see you there!
