Dining & Beverage Services

Charter includes unlimited water, fruit juces and soft drinks. We can cater any type of food you wish, or you can contract with your favorite caterer. Our preferred caterer is Chef Bill, of Texas Chef.

Alcoholic beverages: We operate on a BYOB basis. After you purchase the beverages of your choice, we will load them on the vessel for your consumption. We require that a certified bar tender serve the alcoholic beverages . This is priced separately at $100 for three hour charters and an additional $25 per hour therafter.

Crew Gratuities:  Not included. Tipping is not obligatory but very much appreciated. The suggested tip for a crew of 3 for a three hour cruise is $120 for 3 hrs/$160 for 4 hr cruises.

Reservations & Deposits

Please make Charter reservations by calling Kerri O'Barr at 214-663-5740. A deposit of 50% (including the additional services required) is due upon booking of the charter. Payments for our services may be made online at our Payment Processing page . We offer a 1% discount off the CHARTER price if you pay by check . Optional Services are NOT DISCOUNTED.  Deposits for reservations made more than 90 days in advance must be paid by check. The balance owed is due four business days before the charter. We are unable to hold charter reservations without a contract and 50% deposit.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:  

Any payment received will be refunded if the charter is cancelled due to rain or unsafe weather conditions at the time and place of the charter. Unsafe weather conditions will be determined solely by the captain and/or owner of the vessel. The client shall have the option to receive a full refund of any monies paid or reschedule the charter at a mutually acceptable date. Otherwise, all payments made are non-refundable.

Damage deposit: A $1,000.00 damage deposit will be paid upon signing of charter agreement at the discretion of the vessel owner.. This only applies to group charters.

Charter pricing: 

• Three-hour charters cost $2,916.00 (tax included.) Four-hour charters cost $3,672 (tax included). Charter that exceed four hours are billed at $750.00 per additional hour (tax included.)
• Any charters returning later than 12:30AM are charged a $500.00 crew surcharge.
• Water, juices and soft drinks are included in the charter price.
• Crew and fuel are included in the charter price.
• A TABC bartender for a 3 hour charter will be $100.00 and an additional $25 per each hour after. Groups larger than 50 with alcohol to be served will require two TABC bartenders and will be billed 2 additional hours. This is subject to the Captain's discretion.
• $250 charge for remote pick-ups/drop offs ( Sneaky Pete's, Cottonwood Creek, Hidden Cove Park ).
